High pressure hoses for the highest standards
Indunorm Hydraulik GmbH offers a wide range of first class pressure and vacuum hoses for different applications and application areas. We provide hose qualities that meet our high internal testing standards and even exceed them. Indunorm hoses undergo intensive quality controls and extensive product testing. All hoses are available from the Duisburg warehouse.
The Indunorm supply program includes suction, high and ultra-high pressure hoses in accordance with EN and SAE standards.
In addition, we offer a coordinated range of accessories of high quality protection and safety products: Burst, flame and heat protection, abrasion protection, strain relief, and protection products to prevent flailing hoses.
Tested systems
Hose qualities marked with the Indunorm lettering (e.g. green tape or band) are system tested together with the associated fittings (sockets and plugs). The Joint-Fit quality system guarantees that the most important tests (pressure pulse tests according to EN ISO 6803) specified by the corresponding standards have been carried out in a reliable and certifiable manner.
The unique Indunorm Joint-Fit® safety system makes it possible to produce hose assemblies of the highest quality - with reproducible integration results. This is irrespective of the manufacturing tolerances of the component manufacturers, which are permitted according to the standards! The hose and fittings program are coordinated with one another. The new generation of high-pressure hoses of the brand SuperPower® has been specifically developed by Indunorm for special requirements. SuperPower yields increased operating pressures, improved bend radii, and a number of specific application advantages compared to the respective standard hose qualities.
