This seminar teaches the skills needed for specific product and application areas in the field of high pressure, hose and pipe connection technology. Application cases and problematic products requiring problem-solving skills are part of the training content.
Prerequisite skills and/or knowledge
Mastery of basic technical safety knowledge for the production of assemblies in the area of high-pressure hose assemblies and pipe connection technology.
Target group
All employees confronted in practice with the manufacture, assembly, and evaluation of problem hose and pipe connections.

Focus is on the following topics:
- Integration of thermoplastic hoses
- Integration of PTFE hose assemblies
- Integration of fittings with strip and tear-off protection
- Construction machinery, application case "hammer use"
- Use of hose protection systems
- Screw fittings
- Producing metric pipe flares
